Meet Dr. Kristi Campoe

Dr. Kristi Campoe, PhD, RN, CMSRN, CPHQ, sMBA, serves as a catalyst for possibility and empowerment. She is the first in her family to earn a bachelor’s degree and pursue higher education. She is dedicated to creating supportive spaces that ignite confidence, foster growth, and inspire bold transformations.

Now, with over 30 years of experience spanning medical-surgical clinical practice, academia, and healthcare innovation, she has dedicated her life and career to advancing patient safety, nursing education, and leadership development.

Through her platforms, The Bold Nurse Coach, The Bold Nurse Academy, and The Bold Nurse Foundation, Dr. Campoe empowers nurses to reignite their spark and passion for the profession. She advocates for the value of authenticity, balance, and challenge in life and career. Dr. Campoe offers custom mentoring and coaching programs designed to help nurses and healthcare professionals navigate career transitions, develop leadership skills, and achieve personal and professional fulfillment for true happiness.

Mentorship & Academia

Dr. Campoe has influenced countless nursing students from pre-licensure to completion doctoral preparation. She emphasizes the importance of lifelong learning; personal and professional accountability; and, healthcare quality and safety in all that she does. She currently teaches courses focused on professional leadership, healthcare policy, and the application of evidence-based practices in clinical settings.

Volunteering

Dr. Campoe has been a volunteer for most of her life. In her own experiences from Girl Scouts as a child through to church and community volunteering, we all can learn real-world skills, expands our networks, and gain you hands-on experiences that you can’t always get on the job. Volunteering brings purpose and perspective, helping you grow personally while standing out professionally.
