1. Referral Program Disclaimer Eligibility & Verification: Referral rewards are only available to verified, active subscribers of The Bold Brief. Referrals must be made using your unique referral link, and only new, valid subscribers will count toward your referral total. Duplicate, fraudulent, or self-referrals will be disqualified.

2. One Reward Per Level: Each subscriber is eligible to claim only one reward per level. Additional referrals will count toward the next tier but will not result in multiple rewards at the same level.

3. Limited Availability: Rewards are subject to availability and may be substituted or modified at the discretion of The Bold Brief.

4. Non-Transferable & No Cash Value: Rewards cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to past purchases. Discounts and offers apply only to future enrollments.

5. Estimated Value & Cost: Stated reward values are approximate estimates and do not imply resale value. Discounts apply toward tuition for The Bold Nurse Academy and cannot be combined with other offers unless specified.

7. Leaderboard & Recognition: The Hall of Fame Top Referrers leaderboard is updated periodically. The top referrers are determined based on verified, legitimate referrals, and The Bold Brief reserves the right to adjust rankings in case of fraudulent activity.
